Join colleagues from throughout the region for the Fourth Annual Service-Learning Symposium and Showcase. This year's theme is "The Impact of Community Engagement: from Outputs to Outcomes." The 2011 event will feature an acknowledged key note speaker and more than 10 concurrent sessions that explore a wide-range of topics related to service-learning presented by faculty, staff, community agencies, and students working in service-learning.
The Mission of our annual symposium is to provide an arena for those interested in service-learning at the college and university level to come together to share their experiences, learn from one another, and discover potential areas for collaboration. Conference participants will include faculty, administrators, and community service providers who wish to discuss service-learning and the ways it can positively impact our region.
