- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and business checks, and we also accept
purchase orders. Purchase orders can be faxed to 831-430-9471,
attention NSLC/Orders. Checks can be made out to ETR
Associates/NSLC and mailed to this address: ETR Associates/NSLC, 4
Carbonero Way, Scotts Valley, CA 96066-4200.

We accept Visa or Mastercard.
- What is the fastest way to order?
Your order will be usually be processed the same day we receive
your payment. Please let us know if you have concerns about
receiving your order in time for a conference or special
event.
- What do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping costs are included in the cost for each item, so there
are no additional charges. California residents will be charged the
appropriate sales tax for your area.
