Abstract:
This sample AmeriCorps evaluation was designed to document the effectiveness of the LISC program and provide important information to improve services. The evaluation has three main components: Neighborhood impact, Community building, and Leadership development. The plan outlines methods to measure success, data collection instruments, who collects the data, and collection frequency for each activity undertaken. Additionally, the plan describes the procedures and timing for reporting.
