The writing describes Health Bond, a voluntary noncontractual rural service-education partnership of Arlington Municipal Hospital, Waseca Area Memorial Hospital, Immanuel-St. Joseph/s Hospital, Minnesota State University, Mankato, and South Central Technical College.
