Abstract:
The primary goal of this toolkit is to foster the integration of evaluation activities as a means to program improvement and expansion. The emphasis is not on accountability but on evaluation as a way of looking at your own efforts and learning more about what is working and what is not. The toolkit is designed to provide some straightforward tools for collecting useful information that will lead to continual improvement of the Learn and Serve programs in Rhode Island.
