Abstract:

The primary purpose of Garoowe Youth Service Corps (GYSC) is to move unemployed, largely former-militia youth into employment through a six month intensive vocational skill and literacy development program. The report includes a detailed curriculum and program design, timeline for implementation of the program, daily schedule, a copy of the UNESCO Report on the GYSC, and a series of tables and charts generated by GYSC's activity that year.
