Abstract:
This guide was developed for use by program coordinators responsible for managing and implementing mentor programs. It provides coordinators with the content that should be included in a comprehensive training program for mentors. It shows how that content should be organized and presented to volunteers in order to capture their initial enthusiasm and maintain interest and participation in the program. This guidebook can also be used as a reference book for mentors in training.
