Abstract:
The authors propose three models of campus wide infrastructure that supports service-learning and community engagement. Nine benchmarks accompany the models and serve as an institutional self-assessment tool. Various examples are used to show how different models apply to different institutional infrastructures - with no one institution serving as a perfect example for others.
