This research agenda, "Youth Involvement for Community, Organizational and Youth Development: Directions for Research, Evaluation and Practice" identifies the key questions that researchers should be answering. It also outlines key recommendations for what practitioners and funders can do to contribute to the knowledge base. The recommendations grew out of conversations and interviews with researchers and practitioners from the across the field. The agenda was written by Shepherd Zeldin and Matt Calvert of University of Wisconsin-Madison and Amy Weisenbach of the Innovation Center for Community and Youth Development. It was produced as part of the At the Table initiative, hosted by the Innovation Center and aimed at building a national movement for youth participation. The agenda builds on the findings in the previously released report Youth in Decision-Making: A Study of the Impacts of Youth on Adults and Organizations. (www.atthetable.org)
