Abstract:
This manual is primarily to be used by service-learning directors, community partnership coordinators and service-learning faculty on CSU campuses. While some information will apply to other types of experiential education and community service, this manual is not intended to cover the intricacies that exist in each of the different types of experiential education. The manual contains forms, checklists, and descriptions that can be used to help build new service-learning partnerships with community-based organizations, examine existing partnerships, and create positive, safe, out-of-classroom learning experiences for all service-learning students.
