This guidebook is designed to help United Ways and other organizations partner "with" youth - and work with youth as equal partners. It begins with a comprehensive explanation of the "equal partners" concept, and the benefits of implementing this approach. This is followed by: the twelve practice-based, research-supported, key components; and, the process to build equal partnerships with youth.
