Abstract: 

This tool is primarily intended for teachers and program coordinators who involve young people ages 5-25 in service-learning. This tool can assist service-learning practitioners to assess the degree to which their programs are inclusive, equitable and accessible to diverse constituents; to help identify a starting point for improving their organization's attention to these issues; and to promote and support action and change within programs.
