Abstract:
This compilation research report examines the impact of service on several Indiana institutions of higher education and the communities where the schools are located. This report is a compilation of three research studies, spanning a period of eight years. These three studies represent three different focuses: student retention, public perceptions of higher education, and the impact of service on local communities.
