Abstract:

Organizations face a host of changes, such as shifting demographics, technology innovations, and increased competition. As the need for organizational change became more apparent, individuals realized that moving beyond the status quo or current state would require learning. Some core debates in organizational learning are explored in this volume, with specific focus on how these concepts emerge within the higher education context.
