Abstract:
Watershed management is a large problem. Its solution is not found in a single action, but through a combination of many actions of law, planning, and the informed decisions of individuals. This paper proposes a bundle of these actions, and while the work of the researchers does not serve as legal advice, it is hoped that it will generate a discussion and future action that defends water quality in the Darby Creek watershed as well as that of downstream neighbors.
