Abstract:
This research report explores the trend of youth development programs that work to develop everyone's potential, as well as the shift from single-sex programming and toward coed. The major conclusion of the author's research on youth programs is that in almost every program, the gender practices conflict with the stated goal of the program to develop young women and young men to their fullest capacities.
