This manual was compiled for a hands-on learning program, sponsored by the Corporation for National & Community Service (CNCS), which was held in conjunction with the Learn and Serve America Grantee Meeting in Arlington, VA in 2008. The Institute was designed for those who are working to build public awareness and visibility in order to advance national and community service program goals.
