STEM Literacy, Civic Responsibility, and Future Vision: Examining the Effects of the Lawrence Math and Science Partnership

The Lawrence Math and Science Partnership (LMSP) provides a unique opportunity for Merrimack College faculty and students to collaborate with community partners. The program is designed to promote experiential and service-learning opportunities at Merrimack College; enhance undergraduate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) literacy, cultural awareness, and leadership skills; develop academic success and interest in STEM among middle school youth; and provide role models to enhance middle school students' future vision and aspirations for post-secondary education.
