Abstract:

These materials for the STEP (Safety Takes Every Person) service-learning program were created by students, teachers, and administrators at Jewel M. Sumner High School in Louisiana. They include a CD with an informational slideshow, a program for the mock car crash presentation performed by students, and various news articles promoting and discussing the themes of the project, which was designed to increase awareness of teen drunk driving.
