Abstract:
Research on campus/community service-learning is often bounded by linear approaches that do not do justice to the complexity of the construct. This study addressed the issue by designing and testing a 2-dimensional instrument for assessing the transformational qualities of service-learning partnerships from the two perspectives: type and extent, from the two sides of the divide-- campus and community.
