This toolkit provides forms and tips that will assist community agencies in managing volunteers. Contents include a volunteer information form that includes emergency information and contacts; ideas on asset building for individuals, youth, families, mentors, health-care providers, and volunteer coordinators; forms to log service hours; and a partner pre-assessment.
