	For the 2006-07 school year, the National Forensic League adopted the resolution noted below as a debate topic. As they set out to take and defend their positions on the debate topic, students may explore these Clearinghouse resources on Learn and Serve America and other national service programs
	"Resolved: The United States federal government should establish a policy substantially increasing the number of persons serving in one or more of the following national service programs: AmeriCorps, Citizen Corps, Senior Corps, Peace Corps, Learn and Serve America, Armed Forces."
