This self-assessment rubric can help higher education service-learning practitioners assess their current efforts to advance service learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. With an increased understanding of where they stand, practitioners can utilize the rubric to chart a path toward institutionalization of service learning in STEM.
