Description:
JROTC students go to a local elementary school where each cadet is linked with a student for the semester. Cadets mentor their students on specific days of the week. JROTC students act as role models and serve as a Big Brother/Sister to elementary students, assisting their ES student with their reading and academic achievement, as well as assisting the elementary student in building their self-esteem and self-confidence.
