Description:
Students discuss how activity will raise spirits of the needy. Contact school band teachers, Chamber of Commerce, and Local Church Choir. Will also check building for use — Memorial Hall. Buy hot chocolate/cookies locally, also paper goods. Permission slips for attending event off school grounds and after school hours. The students made hot chocolate after school and put it in Gott containers. Supervision for this is necessary. The students served the hot chocolate and cookies in Memorial Hall while the bands and choir performed.
