Description:
Students will explore the relationship between academic learning and community service. By working closely with community service organizations, students will gain valuable experience relating either to their major field of study or to projects in which they have a particular interest. Through journal and essay writing students will document their field work. The writing will include reflective comments on students' expectations, individualized goal setting, service experiences, and personal achievements.
