Description:
The goal of this course is to familiarize students with a basic residential structure, its terminology, and its graphical representation in a set of working drawings primarily through the production of a set of residential plans using graphic communication conventions and practices in a CAD environment. Students will also demonstrate an understanding of social and economic issues related to home ownership and construction management through reflective essays, class discussions, and a class presentation.
