The project is designed to provide mildly mentally impaired (MMI) students with an opportunity to give something back to the community while gaining knowledge about the work experience. Donuts by the Dozen helps to address the need to learn how to serve individuals, agencies and businesses by providing tasty, inexpensive pastries to the community.
