Description:
This is an introduction to small group communication. Emphasis is placed on group development, conflict, and conformity; leadership skills and styles; group roles and ranks; and decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution. Upon completion, students should be able to apply topics of gender, culture, and social-emotional functions within group settings.
