Stay Gold

Students will sponsor and interact with Special Olympic Athletes. The action you take depends on the requests made by the SO area director. We are preparing to fund-raise and sponsor a team (as well as write poetry or make banners in class to motivate the athletes we are sponsoring), create activities and attend a picnic at Mc Cambridge Park. Through speakers and lessons provided from the organization, photography project of picnic or regional event, poetry or letter to athlete sponsored, interview with athlete, students will propose their own way to thank the athletes who provided inspiration.
