Description:
Students will gather written reminisces of what it was like to be a teenager in Los Angeles during World War II. Using surveys of alumni and members of senior citizens centers, the students will prepare a notebook with accounts of how the life of teenagers in Los Angeles was affected by the war. Notebooks with these accounts will be given to the school library and the local community public libraries.
