"A Day On, Not a Day Off"
On January 18, 2010, The University of Central Oklahoma was officially closed. Instead of sleeping, playing Wii or going to a movie, UCO students chose to serve their community in the spirit of MLK, Jr.
90 student, faculty & staff volunteers met at The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma to prepare food packs out of donated food for thos less fortunate. This day was themed "A Day On, Not a Day Off."
This is an annual event for our university and its popularity grows each year.
