Assessment and evaluation are important measurement tools that can help determine the effectiveness of a service-learning program. These resources cover the effects of service-learning on students who take classes that employ service-learning as a pedagogy, on the community partner or agency that delivers services students assist with, on faculty members, and on the institution under whose auspices service-learning courses are offered.
