Program Management

Program Management is the process of evaluating and improving the effectiveness of a service-learning program.  Once a service-learning program has been created, the program coordinator must assess what aspects of the program did and did not work, then develop a plan to address programmatic weaknesses.  Improvements in a service-learning program could focus on strengthening partnerships, encouraging sustained volunteer service, enhancing reflection elements, etc.  Following are some of our most relevant resources for this topic.
